*Meeting Room: We also have a small meeting room available to hire on a hourly basis (£20 per hour), which will accommodate up to 4 people.

IP-City Centre staff will be happy to provide administrative services to conference users including printing, photocopying or faxes/emails. Prices are set out below.

Our conferences rooms are supplied with 1 x flipchart stand, 1 x flipchart pad and flipchart pens included in your cost. Any additional items will incur a charge.
